Refund policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Women6x. If something isn’t right, here’s how we take care of it:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Send a quick photo and short note to support@women6x.com explaining what went wrong.
  • Once approved, we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
  • Replacements ship within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
If your order never arrives
  • Please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Lost-in-transit orders are fully covered—either replaced or refunded.
What’s not covered

We can’t refund or replace orders when:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  • Packages were unclaimed or refused by the recipient.
  • You changed your mind (buyer’s remorse).
  • The item was rejected by customs or not collected from the carrier.
  • An order was already prepared for shipping when you requested cancellation.

If you’d like to return a product simply because it isn’t for you, we’ll always listen—but return shipping and any exchange costs are at your expense.

When to expect your refund

Once your refund is approved, you’ll see the credit on your card or payment account within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

If it hasn’t appeared after that window, contact your card issuer or email support@women6x.com and we’ll help track it down.
